We stand by our products and offer a 1-year warranty where we’ll replace your band in case of a manufacturing defect with the leather. So if the band fails during regular use within one year of purchase, we will replace it. If the metal hardware (connector and buckle) fails for some reason, we will repair it at no charge for the life of the band.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear for edge paint or natural fur bands, which are prone to shedding especially on the edges. Products damaged by misuse, negligence, improper care or repetitive abuse of our guarantee may limit coverage.
Repairs
Each Chalonne band is carefully crafted with attention to quality. Despite this, with daily wear, your band may need to be repaired. If you’d like to send us your band for a wear and tear repair or refresh, please send photos and requirements to info@chalonne.com and our Customer Service department will be happy to help. Unless deemed a defect of fabrication in creating the piece, repair costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please see our Product Care section to ensure your band is being handled and worn with care, which will extend the life of the product.
