Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love our luxury bands as much as we do. If you are not in love with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. As leather is a natural material, we cannot issue refunds for bands that have been worn or show signs of wear. Bands must be returned in their original condition within 30 days. Once the band is received and inspected we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
Please note, our diamond bands (Menkaura and Voie Ferree) are made to order, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
Please initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of your purchase through our convenient Self-Service Return process.
U.S. customers will be charged $9.99 for return shipping. International customers will be responsible for all return shipping and duties costs. We do not provide return labels for International customers.
Damage
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@chalonne.com with images (if possible) and a detailed description of the damage. All damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
