Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We are pleased to offer free 2-Day shipping via Fedex throughout the continental U.S. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. We are not shipping to international destinations at this time.

Chalonne does not ship to P.O. Boxes. All merchandise is insured and a signature is required for delivery. We are not responsible for unanticipated delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen natural events. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely in love with your online purchase, you may exchange or return it within 7 days of the receipt of your order.

Returns may be eligible for a refund if a “return request” is made within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Returns must be shipped back to Chalonne within 2 days of a return authorization.

A 5% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ALL RETURNS. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS.  

Exchanges of equal or greater value are not subject to a restocking fee.

To request an exchange or return, simply email us at returns@chalonne.com with subject line: “Return Request” and include the following information in the body of the email:

  • Full Name 

  • Mailing Address 

  • Email Address 

  • Phone Number 

  • Order Number 

  • Date Order Received

  • Name of Item 

  • Reason for Return 

  • Type of Return Requested (Exchange or Refund) 

If we receive your email and approve your request, we will send instructions on returning your merchandise. 

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Chalonne is not responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged in transit. All merchandise must be shipped back fully insured. All return shipping charges, including insurance, must be paid for by the sender.

Returns requested after the returns window are not eligible for refund and cannot be processed. In order to be eligible for return, the merchandise must be returned to and received by Chalonne in its original condition, with all original packaging, and cannot show any signs of wear, use or damage. Chalonne will not return, refund or exchange any merchandise that does not comply with these policies.

Exchanges are not offered on PayPal orders. Items returned will be processed as a refund to your PayPal account, subject to the restocking fee.

Late Returns

Returns should be sent back to us within 2 days of a return authorization. Returns outside of that time frame will not be eligible for return processing.

Stock & Availability

Please note, delivery times may vary due to the hand-crafted nature of our products and high demand. Some items are made to order and may take up to six weeks to deliver. If any item in your order is not immediately available to ship for any reason, you will receive an e-mail from us with details. Custom orders are Final Sale.

Damages

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@chalonne.com with images (if possible) and a detailed description of the damage. All damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order.   

Taxes

We are required by law to charge state and local sales tax for orders shipped to states where we conduct business.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Repairs

Each Chalonne strap is carefully crafted with attention to quality. Despite this, with wear, your strap may need to be repaired. Please contact us at info@chalonne.com regarding the nature of the required repair. Unless deemed a defect of fabrication in creating the piece, repair costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can provide an estimate of costs (inclusive of labor, materials, shipping/insurance) once received. All merchandise must be shipped back fully insured. When shipping such repairs, please note Chalonne is not responsible for the item (during transit) until it is received. If we find we need to send your piece to France for repairs, it will be sent fully insured.
