Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love our luxury bands as much as we do. If you are not in love with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. As leather is a natural material, we cannot refund bands that have been worn.

Please note, our diamond bands (Menkaura and Voie Ferree) are made to order, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. 

Please make a return or exchange “request” within 30 days of your purchase by emailing us at returns@chalonne.com.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer free UPS Ground shipping to anywhere in the United States. Note, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

For all international destinations (outside the U.S.), the customer will be responsible for shipping costs via DHL Express.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom

Payment

U.S. customers: We accept the following forms of payment: Credit card, PayPal, ShopPay, ApplePay

International customers: May check out using their local currency and a local payment method. Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at the time of checkout (not upon delivery).

Stock & Availability

Delivery times may vary due to the hand-crafted nature of our products and high demand. Some items are made to order and may take up to six weeks to deliver. If any item in your order is not immediately available to ship for any reason, you will receive an e-mail from us with details.

Damages

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@chalonne.com with images (if possible) and a detailed description of the damage. All damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of your order.  

Repairs

Each Chalonne band is carefully crafted with attention to quality. Despite this, with daily wear, your band may need to be repaired. If you’d like to send us your band for a wear and tear repair or refresh, please send photos and requirements to info@chalonne.com and our Customer Service department will be happy to help. Unless deemed a defect of fabrication in creating the piece, repair costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please see our Product Care section to ensure your band is being handled and worn with care, which will extend the life of the product.
