How do I sign up for the rewards program?
Signing up is easy! Simply select Join now on our rewards page, then enter your name, email address, and create a password.
What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?
Members receive reward points for each action as listed. Points can then be redeemed for a discount on a future purchase.
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign-up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit Chalonne Rewards
How do I earn points?
You begin earning points by creating an account, then shopping with us! You earn 1 point for every dollar spent, you can also earn points by following us on Instagram, Liking us on Facebook, and entering your birthday for a special birthday reward. Explore all the ways you can earn by going to Chalonne Rewards.
How do I redeem points?
Simply login to your rewards account and select the reward you would like to redeem, then copy the code into the discount bar or select 'Apply Rewards'
Where can I find all my rewards account info?
Login to your Chalonne Rewards account, and view your point balance & past purchases.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating an account?
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account, or after our loyalty program launched on February 4th, 2025. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!
Do points ever expire?
Chalonne Rewards do not expire.
How can I get a birthday reward?
Add your birthday under ways to earn points on the Rewards Page. On your birthday you will receive your birthday reward that you can use towards your next purchase!
I signed up for the Birthday reward but I didn't receive it.
Happy Birthday! In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?
Contact customer service by emailing and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.
