Which Apple Watch models are compatible?
The Liquid Collection is compatible with all Apple Watch Series 1 through 11, as well as Apple Watch Ultra 1, 2, and 3. When ordering, select Small for 41mm (Series 7–9) or 42mm (Series 10) cases, and Large for 45mm (Series 7–9), 46mm (Series 10–11), or 49mm (Ultra) cases.
What wrist size does the Liquid band fit?
The Liquid Collection fits wrist sizes 5.5 to 6.8 inches. If your wrist falls outside that range, Chalonne offers custom sizing — reach out to hello@chalonnebands.com and the team will send a fit kit with a variety of sizes to try before your band is made.
What is the Liquid band made of?
Each Liquid band is crafted in high-gloss patent calfskin, handmade in France in small batches. The interior is lined in fine royal purple goatskin for all-day comfort. The thin, lightweight profile is intentionally designed to sit close to the wrist without bulk.
Can I wear the Liquid band while exercising, swimming, or in the shower?
No. As with all premium leather goods, the Liquid bands should not be worn during any activity involving water, perspiration, or moisture — including swimming, showering, exercising, or sunbathing. Exposure to water, humidity, perfumes, lotions, or oils will damage the leather and is not covered under warranty.
How do I clean and care for a patent leather band?
Wipe the band with a slightly damp, soft, lint-free cloth as needed. Dry thoroughly with a dry cloth and allow it to air dry completely away from direct sunlight or heat. Always handle with clean, dry hands. Avoid contact with perfumes, alcohol, oils, sunscreen, and household chemicals. Learn more on the Product Care page.
What is the warranty on the Liquid Collection?
Chalonne offers a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in the leather. If the band fails during regular use within one year of purchase, it will be replaced. The metal hardware (connector and buckle) is covered for repair at no charge for the life of the band. Normal wear and tear is not covered. For repairs, contact hello@chalonnebands.com.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Bands must be unworn and in original condition — leather is a natural material and Chalonne cannot issue refunds for bands showing signs of wear. US customers are charged $9.99 for return shipping. How long does shipping take?
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. US orders ship free via UPS Ground or USPS. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. International customers are responsible for shipping and duties costs, which are calculated and paid at checkout. Some items may take up to 6 weeks if made to order.
